Dear Candle Lovers,

Some of you have asked about the "frosting" on our soy candles.  Frosting occurs when the soy wax forms tiny, white crystals on the top or sides of the candle jar.  Soy candle manufacturers often add paraffin wax to eliminate frosting.  We are committed to providing you with paraffin-free candles and therefore, we do not add any paraffin to our soy.  We have experimented with our dyes, fragrance oils, and pour temperatures to keep frosting to a minimum, but some frosting is to be expected with all pure soy candles.

Visit my website to see the many new products I have added for the Holiday Season.  So many of you have requested candle holders and I am excited about the products I have acquired for you.  I am now spotlighting a product on my website as well as one for your newsletter.  Please visit the website at www.tm2group.com to view the special product of the month.

TIPS from THE NATIONAL CANDLE ASSOCIATION

Few things are as captivating as the soft light and glow of a candle. But there's an art to burning a candle properly and safely. You can generally tell if a candle is burning properly just by looking at it. You should see:

  • A Calm, Steady Flame
  • No Flickering or Wisps of Smoke
  • No Flare Ups or Leaping Flames

Visit my website and follow the link to the National Candle Association for a wealth of information on Candles.
