ORDERING:

 

How do I place an order?

Click on the "All Products" listing on the left side. There you will find all of our products listed. Choose the product that you would like to order and click on the "more info" button, which will take you to the order page. Then select the scent and the quantity of the products you wish to purchase.   Click "add to cart" button, continue shopping or follow the check out procedure.   If you would like to personalize your order, follow the directions below.

How do I add a personalized photo?

Click on the All Products listing on the left side. There you will find all of our products listed.  Locate the Product that says Personalized Photo.  To upload the picture file you click "more info" on the right side listed with the personalized photo. That will take you to the order page where you choose the product that you want for your picture. Below that is the browse button where you upload your photo. Remember that only alpha and/or numbers can be in the file name. Once you have completed the upload you then click the "add to cart" button. That will take you to the shopping cart page where you will click the "continue to shop" button and place your order for the product or products that you want the picture on. We only charge once for each picture per order. If you would like the same picture on several different products, order those products, and before "adding to cart" click the circle that says "personalized photo." 

When I want to personalize, do I need to order the product or personalization first?

You may order your product or personalization first.  The sequence of ordering does not matter if you are using only one photo.  If you are using more than one photo, each photo must be ordered separately.  If we have any questions on your order, we will contact you before we process your order.

How do I cancel an order?

We try very hard to ship all orders within 3 to 7 business days. Email us to see if it is possible to stop the order at email@tm2group.com

How can I add items to an order I've already placed?

We try very hard to ship all orders within 3 to 7 business days. Please place a new separate order.

How can I remove items from an order I've already placed?

We try very hard to ship all orders with in 3 to 7 business days.  Email us to see if it is possible to stop the order.

How do I contact you by email?

How do I order a paper gift certificate?

We do not offer a paper gift certificate.

How do I order an E-Gift Certificate?

At this time we do not offer an E-gift certificate.

I don't live in the U.S.; Can I order from you?

We are checking on the possibility of sending orders to other countries.

Can I reorder for personalized label using the information you recieved on a previous order?

Sorry, we do not store the information for personalization of labels.

SHIPPING:

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We try to ship all orders within 3 to 7 business days. Depending on the time of year it could take up to two weeks. If you order personalized items, the order may take longer.

What methods of shipping do you offer?

The only method of shipping is UPS Ground.

Can I use a different carrier (other than those you list)?

Not at this time.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

UPS can not deliver to PO Boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

Can I change the shipping address after the order is placed?

We try very hard to ship all orders within 3 to 7 business days, Email us to see if it is possible to stop the order so that the address can be changed.

How do I return an order?

Do you guarantee your product?

Yes, we offer a 100% guarantee.

Under what conditions may I return an order?

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied.  Please contact us to discuss the return of your item.  Personalized items may not be returned unless they are faulty.

How do I package an order for return?

The product needs to be packaged according to the UPS guidelines for shipping.

Am I charged shipping for exchanges?

In most cases charges for shipping cannot be refunded.

What if an item is damaged in shipment?

All items are insured and will be replaced free of charge.

What do I do if an item is missing parts?

If an item is missing parts, please contact us by e-mail and we will ship the missing items free of charge.

FUNDRAISING:

How do I qualify to benefit from your fundraising savings?

You must be a non-profit organization and submit the name of your organization or its tax exempt number.

If I qualify, what happens?

We will send you an email within three business days with your password and instructions for your next step.

Do I have to sell the product for the same price that you charge before the 20% discount?

We encourage fundraisers to set their own prices so they can earn more money.

How long does it take for all this to happen?

After you select the products and fragrances, we will make a seller's sheet and send it to your in three business days.  You make copies and start your fundraiser.  We suggest  that you do not have the fundraiser over a very long period of time because people forget to sell or forget that they ordered.

Once I receive the orders what do I do?

You compile the orders and return to our website.  You will login and place your orders.  Your discounts will be displayed at the end of the order. A charge card is needed to complete the order.

When will you ship to us?

We will ship within two weeks.  Very large orders may take longer.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for products that are defective.  We cannot accept returns for products that have been personalized.
