We guarantee your satisfaction with our candles' performance 100%. If our candle does not meet your quality standards we will return your candle upon a written explanation of dissatisfaction to us. If the scent you have chosen is not pleasing, we ask you to return the candle to us and we will replace it. Please know that you must burn the correct size candle for a specific room. If you have a large room, you may need to burn more than one candle to obtain a uniform scent in your room.
Candles vary in the length of burning depending on the size and scents. We estimate our burning times but do not guarantee them because of the variables with your using the candles. We have comparable burning times to other candles of the same size. Our candles will burn without soot if you follow correct burning procedures and cut your wick to the appropriate length (see "Helpful Candle Information" on this web site).
If you chose to return the candles, please e-mail us for a return authorization number. When you mail your order back to us, you must include this return authorization number and an explanation of why you returned this item. If you want to exchange this item, we will be happy to do so. No refunds will be issued until we receive the merchandise. The shipping charges for returns are paid for by the customer. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
If you receive damaged candles, please notify us via e-mail immediately. You must keep the packaging so our carrier may examine the reason for damage. We take great care in packaging our merchandise and if it is handled incorrectly in shipping it may become damaged. Our carrier may request to see the merchandise before a credit is issued to us. Therefore, we ask that you do NOT dispose of any packaging until we notify you of our settlement.
We do not add handling charges to our orders. You pay only UPS ground shipping fees. .
It is our policy to ship as soon as possible within 3-7 business days. It may happen that an item is out of stock. If so, we will contact you and let you know when we will ship your item.
During holiday season, we ask that you allow at least two weeks just for delivery.
We will ship to military addresses within the United States. We must have the full address of the recipient.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept checks, money orders or purchase orders
For each visitor to our Web page we do not collect any information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail.
